Awfullllll customer service

Dont want to comment on their product, but Murad customer service is awfulllllll! First of all, their customer service phone is not a free number! Secondly, their customer service is useless, basically worst than a robot bot. Robot bot knows the procedure, their customer serice havent been trained at all! I want to know how can I pass my complaint to Murad HQs??

Still waiting for my refunds-terrible customer service

Returned first product 5/24/22... supposed to get refund 6/8/22. Called numerous times. They said they did not receive product and it was my fault as I did not enter return Tracking Number which no one told me to and I no longer have
Returned second product 6/14/22 AND entered tracking number same day. Still no refund on this product either
I am out approx 140. Everytime I call it is the same one person (I recognize the voice) and he makes up a new story each time.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY

Got an opened package and the treatment I ordered was also opened. Can't use it now and lost my money.

Please never order from their website!!!

I am gutted that i placed an order on their website, first of all one of my item was missing from my order, and i want to return another item, the customer service advisor has provided me with a Freepost address and asked me to take a picture at the post office for proof of postage, isn’t this ridiculous, the post office do not provide proof of postage for freepost parcel, i asked Murad to send me their full address so that i can send it signed for, however they haven’t responded!
I wish i never ordered from here, and I certainly won’t be ordering from here again!

Terrible Customer Service

Murad is running a 20% off promotion. It was applied to my order. As the final step, it asked me if I wanted to apply my available rewards and I selected to apply the $25 in rewards that were available. I did not see that in doing so, it removed the 20% when I selected this option. Obviously 20% off would have been more than $25 on a $336.95 order. I called them this morning and asked them why this happened and they said you can only use one promotion at a time. I don't consider "rewards" from prior purchases a "promotion" and it should have informed me that this would happen prior to applying the rewards. I asked them to return the rewards to my account then and apply the 20% off and they said that they would not do that and they could not help me. I asked to speak with a manager and the representative refused, put me on hold and then said he could do nothing and the order stands as placed. I am disputing this with my credit card company and will never order from Murad again.

Terrible Customer Service

After waiting several minutes for someone to answer, I am told different stories about my order. After several phone calls later, I was told the package shipped. Then another rep told me he canceled the order. How is that, if it already shipped? The order is still showing as "pending" on my account. This is such a dishonest representation of this company. The charge is still there. I will be disputing this charge with my cc company. After purchasing Mutad them for years, that was my last order.

Really poor customer service

Really poor customer service. Purchased a moisturiser which pilled, was sticky on texture and drying. Murad acknowledged that this batch had a ‘texture issue’ but would only replace once I had returned my original product to MURAD FREEPOST. Post office won’t accept this as an address and despite providing proof of purchase murad are still
Insisting I return it via post for a replacement.
Their communication is unhelpful and rude and quick to lay blame with the customer and deflect/ minimise the issue .Definitely wouldn’t purchase from them again.

Excellent

I only use Murad skin products as I find them far superior to any others I’ve tried so well worth the investment. Despite the reviews on here I have always had excellent customer services and timely deliveries (to the uk)

How long did you use this before you saw results?

A:

I got the time release acne face wash and the anti-aging moisturizer and it worked almost immediately. Cleared everything up within about a week and I haven't had much to complain about since then.

A:

I bought the Clear Skin Regimen and it took a good six weeks for me to really see the improvement. I felt like it was working pretty quickly but after about 10 days I broke out really bad again. However, I kept using the cleanser, mattifier and spot treatment and after that six week mark my skin has stayed pretty clear! Will definitely keep using.

Yes it did... It caused more acne instead of clearing it up. It has cause my face to burn leaving deep dark spots on my face

A:

The time release acne face wash dried out my skin pretty bad but I think that's kind of the point. Just be sure to use a good, light moisturizer anytime you use products that contain Salicylic Acid or Benzoyl Peroxide.

How long will the product last?

A:

It really depends on how much you use and how often you use it. What's nice is that they offer auto-shipping options, at a discounted price, for 30,60 and 90 days. You don't have to have anything auto-shipped though.

Most of their products come in decent sizes and a little goes a long way. You should be able to go 2 months without needing to reorder.

I originally started buying Murad acne products for my daughter and was impressed with the results. I just started using the Youth Renewal cream and it's awesome. The cream really has helped make my skin look brighter and tighter.

I really love the Essential C line. After I used up the Clear Skin Regimen I've been buying the Essential C products (Toner, Cleanser & Moisturizer) They keep my skin clear and really help with my hyperpigmentation issues.
